Organizational units and Profiles

Organizational units facilitate systems with up to 5,000 users over different lacations.

The system can have multiple Profiles which can be used to group together various system features.

Filter Profiles: These profiles are used to determine where incoming calls are routed at different times. Each Filter profile can have multiple call flows. Each external number is associated with a Filter profile. Each user also has an associated Filter Profile. This can be used to set the permissions for making outgoing calls (Level of Access) during different time periods.

Call Routing Profile: Each profile can define a set of call routing rules for outgoing calls. A Call Routing Profile is assigned to each User Profile.

User Profile: Used to determine the feature set to be assigned to one or more users.

Group Profile: Used to determine the feature set to be assigned to one or more groups.

Skilset Profile: Used to determine the feature set to be assigned to one or more skillsets.
